Online Dues Payment
Members electing to pay dues on-line should verify from their Dues Statement how much is currently due to the Association. Annual dues for the year not paid by the 1st day of February begin to Accrue Late Fees for each month delinquent. Any payment received by the Association that does not pay the entire amount due, does not negate the amount owing for current or previous years unpaid dues and late fees which will remain delinquent and accruing late fees until paid.
When paying dues on-line it is very important that you identify the Parcel Number(s) you are paying in order to make sure the payments get credited to the proper accounts.
NOTE: PAYING YOUR DUES ON-LINE REQUIRES AND ADDITIONAL TRANSACTION FEE OF $14.95 TO BE PAID TO THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDER OF THIS ON-LINE PAYMENT SERVICE. THE ASSOCIATION DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY PORTION OF THIS FEE BUT RECEIVES THE FULL AMOUNT PAID WITHOUT ANY DISCOUNT.
The login to Pay Dues On-Line is not the Association's Login but a separate login with the Third Party provider of the on-line payments.
