Buck, Reynolds Corporation was formed in 1983, and has
been operating in Arizona as Property Management Services since that
time.
The 22 employees provide rental unit management for 750 rentals in
Bullhead City, as well as management services for 22 property owners
associations throughout Northern Arizona for nearly 7000 property
owners.
Steve Buck, the CEO, provides the hands on services, with the support of
a well qualified staff of long term employees operating out of their
Bullhead City headquarters.
With a staff of full time maintenance and property specialists they
handle all phases of the management function.
In the case of Santa Fe Ranch Property Owners Association, Property
Management Services for five years has administered and coordinated the
road grading contract, and enforced the conditions, covenants and
restrictions while interacting between the 2500+ property owners and
the board of directors.
Information is required during the
follow up to a storm:
Keeping track of storm damage can be a difficult task without the help
of the residents of Stagecoach Trails. But the assistance goes beyond
simply calling in when a road is washed out.
Recent emergency plans that were approved as policy at the most recent
board meeting require residents to provide the following basic
information, when reporting damage.
Make sure the message taker has the following information. Your Name: Your Lot #: Your call back phone number: The Specific Location of the damage you are reporting, and a specific description of the damage. When you last inspected the location..
Armed with this information the management company can dispatch repair
resources, and formulate a plan to address the immediate needs of you
and your neighbors, and to put together the over all repair effort to
correct the problem.
Please remember, while it is certainly understandable that you may be
frustrated by damaged roads, it generally isn't the fault of the person
taking down the message. Please avoid venting and concentrate on a clear
statement of your area of concern. Working together will benefit
everyone.
Sincerely,Steve Buck
